Get Fit with Island Pilates

As much as I like to have fun, I want you to feel prepared when you start classes with me, so I like to hear from you before you register, which is why I require this lead form be filled out and sent to me before you get access to class registration. Sneaky, right?!

I ask that anyone with no Pilates experience take a private session to get acquainted with the apparatus. It gives you an opportunity to explore the reformer in a relaxed setting and get familiar at  your own pace.
